I'm financially stuck and need some advice please

My self(m36) and ex partner(f35) spilt up a few months ago, she stayed in the rental I moved back to the family home. I work full time and she's a full-time mum I have our child 3 days a week and she has 4 days a week. Here's where I'm struggling I'm still paying half the rent, bills, all of daycare, ex's schooling fees and other small things like netflix. I can't afford to look after my self or debts I have enough money to make sure my child has everything they need for my 3 days, I'm lucky I'm at home and don't have to pay rent or bills at the moment. Work feels completely pointless and I don't know if I should quit or go part time and put all my time into being a dad. I'm just so sick of stressing about money.
