Anybody remember old ghost stories about coffins that'd bang on your door?

My grandfather used to tell my mom ghost stories, the one I remember in particular was about a coffin that would move on its own iirc. I don't remember everything, and I'd love to hear more. He and his mother were super superstitious. He would talk about monsters he and his buddies would see while exploring caves in TN

This is what I remember:

If you did xyz, you would hear a coffin (on wheels?) that would be slamming into your door over and over. It would be signaling your or someone else's death.

I don't have anyone to ask anymore about how it goes, hoping someone else's grandparents told the same story.
