Best Z Fold 7 deal in Canada without trade?

I don’t have a phone to trade as it’s like an assembly line passing them down with my kids. The the one that is currently going obsolete they don’t even want on trade so I can’t get that credit.

With tomorrow being last day of Cyber Monday, what’s the best way I can procure the best discount on one of these bad boys for myself without a trade in?

Thanks
