09 honda accord misfiring?

Heya yall...I have a 09 honda accord that I noticed had some ignition troubles for a little bit but didnt think much of it...today on my way home from work my rpm was going crazy..when accelerating too much (not much at alll all) it would start to shudder..my vsa light and a hazard light came on and I got it home slowly...I checked the oil and found it was almost dry which I find odd because I just had my oil changed and a leak fixed about like 1.5k ago..I doordashed a thing of oil...put it in and let it sit for awhile..starting the car up again the engine was shuddering while in park..the flashing engine light came on so I turned it off as soon as possible and now its even more research time..ive noticed from the looks of it online its probably 1/all my ignition coils based on known Honda issues..is this about right? How do I check and replace these without breaking the bank (i just moved and money is tight) or is there a glaring issue im missing here that I just cant find
