Can antidepressant help you find romantic desire?

I have ADHD and depression which were dignosed more than 10 years ago, and recently was at the edge of ending my life so I started medication. After taking SSRI for a few weeks, I started having a crush on my friend.

It was so weird since I had never had a romantic interest for 24 years, yet had a sexual desire. Now, I have absolutely no sexual desire (which seems to be a common side effect of SSRI) but have developed romantic desire. Can this be just an effect from the antidepressant?
