BTT PI v1.2 can adapter

Hello, I’m using the BTT U2C Adapter V1.0 and I would like to confirm the CAN pinout.
Among the 8 pins shown in the attached image, could you please tell me which pin is CAN-L and which pin is CAN-H?

I am not using this with a BTT Pi v1.2 — I want to connect it to another board, so I need to make sure the CAN wiring is correct.
