Looking for a Skyrim SE mod that adds severe facial wounds like this

Hey everyone, I’m trying to create a character with heavy facial damage / exposed bone similar to the image attached.

I’ve tried searching for scar and undead overlay mods, but none of them get close to this level of deep wounds + bone exposure.

Does anyone know a mod or a combination of overlays that can achieve something like this?
Any recommendations are welcome!
