possible bv?

about a week or two ago i noticed that i started feeling itchy down there? then came the clumpy discharge, sometimes almost a slightly discolored yellow, and sometimes a creamy, white, cottage cheese consistency. does this sound like bv? im a virgin, so it couldnt be an std. i barely shave down there and do not clean myself regularly (i'll shower, but not wash my body, just my hair) due to depression. im a minor, my parents do not know about this infection or my depression. i will say that we started recently buying a rougher toilet paper, and i think this may have caused me to get small cuts, leading to infection, but anyways, does this sound like possible bv? or is it something else? im starting to get worried
