Needed to delete procreate -- how do i get my files back into procreate?

Hi, procreate wasn't opening so I deleted the app (i tried restarting my ipad and updating first, thank you.). I havent drawn in it for a few months, so I shouldn't lose too many files, I had already backed up procreate from my old ipad a couple months ago, so that it was all manually downloaded in my files app. It would be an incredible hassle to go one by one getting these files back into procreate, and besides, i should have all of my files in the icloud anyway, so is there a way to download them all into procreate from icloud? when i downloaded the app onto my new ipad, it already had everything that was on icloud downloaded into procreate (only about 50% of what i actually had on my old ipad bc of cloud storage issues) .... why didn't it do that this time?

TLDR; can i mass import from my files app/how do i get the icloud to import my procreate data?
