35M So I'm gonna be honest

So I am looking to date again. It's been a while but I have noticed one thing about myself. I am looking for a woman younger than myself. I lived in and moved to an area where women my age are looking for a man almost 50. Seems fair they want a respectful established man. I am definitely these things but the age range is off. So I'm going to try it their way. I guess what I have noticed is that I want to meet a woman like myself that has aspirations to really go for more in life. Someone that isn't trying to be TikTok famous or an instangram model. I would like to speak to someone that is quiet such as myself but isn't going to settle for the normals of every day society. I already have a great job but I want more in life and am willing to put in another 8 years of school to do so. If it's starting my own company and really having to learn to speak to others to network so be it. I just want to meet someone that'll share some fresh energy with me push me the want to push them for success.
