Are Black Xmas Scythes Discontinued?

They don't seem to be available in the presents, and the prize this year is a new item, the black yo-yo. Would be nice if Jmods could confirm if these items are discontinued (as with many other similar items out there), so that the playerbase isn't left guessing or subject to the whims of merchers.
