Beta Male or not?

So I knew this guy named Eric from new vision middle school located in Highland, California however in his adulthood. I recently started talking to him again and he is such a beta male chud and why? He struggles with relationships, friendships and any kind of companionship due to his insecurities about his physical appearance. He’s arrogant, sexually harasses women online and fails to meet expectations of women that’s simply easy to follow. He lacks self awareness and loyalty along being a genuine person due to his disability. He constantly blames women for not liking him or find him attractive while he lacks a backbone of self respect and confidence. He’s a beta cuck and I want to help him however he doesn’t want to love himself yet wants love from others. Who’s gonna tell him? He needs to be a good man to attract good women.
