Dealing with aggressive cna

Please be patient with me for the long story. I am beyond frustrated and am trying to figure out what my best course of action is . I am currently “suspended pending investigation “ despite being threatened in a meeting in front of the ADON, Don and scheduler. This is what I have communicated to HR:

During the stna meeting at work today i was threatened. I came near the end of the meeting due to lyft issues. I signed my paperwork and when she asked was there anything else anyone wanted to bring up i said “ when STNAS do our walking rounds and the person doesn’t want to go room to room what do we do when the rooms are dirty. When i gave an stna report I expressed to her that some residents were full bed changes upon me entering, and she began yelling at me “ the don responded “ mark it as refused or let the adon know” then another stna decided to lie and accuse me of “ constantly leaving briefs and dirty wash cloth” so i told her “ well you need to put the date and room and report it like the don said” then she just flipped and started yelling at me . Threatening to fight me. So i stood up and let her know she wont be talking to me like that. This happened in front of the scheduler, DON , and ADON. We were still in a meeting. The other stnas grabbed and lead her out as she continued to shout. I stayed behind to ask the don about my pay and to note the accident that occurred because i dont even know her for her to be addressing me so aggressively. She reassured me that she’d have a talk with the woman and she’d have a talk with hr about my pay.

Another day the same aid who threatened me came as my relive. And after we did walking rounds and both signed the papers agreeing, she proceeded to message me in the work group chat in a very confrontational manner so I forwarded the messages to hr .

Now today when she was my relief we hadn’t talked since these messages. My auntie had advised me to do my work to a t and note it down so I wouldn’t have to talk to her at all . But dispite my self control another incident ensued and i was advised by the nurse to contact my adon . “During walking rounds blank threatened me again and cursed me out . After I gave report to Deborah @7:05 I asked who the aid for 300 was and they said she isn’t here yet. I waited on the hallway for her to come and as I was leaving at 7:22 she angrily confronted me because she didn’t know I was there then she proceeded to call me a bitch multiple times despite me offering her a written report she continued saying that she’s “ going to give me the “confrontation” I am looking for “ Please address this because I don’t feel comfortable or safe around her .”

I have never threatened her or called her out of her name or even viciously hold her accountable. I simply reply “ you’re not going to speak to me this way. You’re not talking to me . Who are you calling a bitch?” As they literally have to carry her away as she’s screaming
