am i just a nervous first time mom or is there something bigger?

I have an 8 month old daughter who has been hitting all her milestones on time and is a smart baby, however i have been noticing some new things that she has been doing such as, shaking her head randomly, i tell myself that she is just learning and exploring her body, but this past week she has been flapping her arms a lot more than usual, typically when i walk in to a room or when she is excited or even frustrated, but still a lot more often than it used to be. Again, my husband and i say she is just learning how to move her body, but she is now starting to pull on her hair, not to the point to where she hurts herself but she repeats this often. Could these be red flags when they are all combined or am i just overthinking it all
