Group travel in December?

I'm looking to go somewhere starting from delhi around 20th December. Last time I went to rishikesh solo, but I didn't have any idea what to do, where to go so I was kinda bored. This time I'm thinking of going through a travel agency so they care of that

Do you guys have any suggestions of good travel agency as well as suggestions for where i should visit?
