[hiring] dog painting for holiday gift

hello! i am looking to commission a painting of 2 dogs for a gift. i THINK i would prefer traditional (hand painted) styles but i have two ideas and am open to digital for the latter.

1. just a portrait of the two dogs with an outdoor background
2. they are named after tom and jerry, and i think it would be cute to have them illustrated w/ the logo instead of the actual characters.

cannot decide on either idea

not sure of my budget but idk that’s flexible within reason for good art. thank you!
