Isweep 2000 brake pads

So I just changed my brake pads myself Instead of paying the 5k to the dealer. I left the original rotors but decided to go with the is2000 front and rear pads. After installing I decided to do some heavy breaking to make sure everything worked and was installed properly. But now on the front rotors there is a burn line( different color more like metallic)on top and bottom edges of the rotor was wondering if it was due to wrong installation or due to heavy breaking from (90mph) to a complete stop a few times will upload image later. But any ideas why?
