16 year old on 50/50

Hello.

Quick little question to see what others would do. Child is 16, currently on a 50/50 schedule. Co parent has refused to co parent and communicate with myself. Blocked my number. Does not answer me nor my husband re: spilting costs, school, health etc.

Due to the child’s age, preferences ( she wants to go back and forth kinda whenever she wants ) and lack of co parenting , would a motion to change be acceptable here and change to open parenting.

Only reason I even have to do a motion is the only time co parent messages me is when my child states they don’t want to return or follow the exact court order … they then say I’m in contempt and have a lawyer call me.

So ya, just looking on next steps
