I'm seeing temperature spikes on my laptop (bought as open box). Should I be concerned?

I bought an open box Lenovo Legion pro 5i with 5070 Ti today. I've checked the laptop thoroughly and everything looks fine. But I saw one anomaly.

When I put the laptop in performance mode, I see random temperature spikes. The average temperature is fine and stays around 80-85 sometimes 88. But the temp will go to 104-106 for 2 to 3 seconds and go back down. The max temperature column is always 104-106. During games I didn't notice much stutter, barely once or twice. Should I see the high max temperature as a point of concern for longevity and return it. Or should I keep it??
