What do Aes Sedai do with all that time on their hands?

Okay so quick question. Aes Sedai can live for hundreds of years, probably on average 250, so how exactly do they spend these years, considering they don’t have to do any labor or work. For example, we can look at Daigian, the weakest Aes Sedai. She was in training for 50 years, so she was in her 60s when she became Aes Sedai. That would still leave her 100 or so years of life, and considering she was white ajah, what was she doing all that time in the tower.

Same goes for others Whites, Browns, and Greys, like what do they do inside the tower all day. I mean certainly there isn't that much research, do they just govern the city and that's their life? For Blues, Greens and Reds, when they wander around the world, and they're not fighting or spying, what do they do, how do they not get bored, the world is only so big, and there aren't that many threats to fight, or so many people to spy on. 

I just wanna know like what the daily life or schedule of an Aes Sedai would be, how could you do the same thing for 200+ years, I’d go crazy, maybe that's why they’re so out of touch with the world, which also explains why the younger ones are more important throughout the story(save for Cad).
