Why has being less healthy has made me less bloated?

For 2 months i have been consistently eating well about 80% of the time. Greek yogurt with fruit and granola, rice and protein, & baked chicken with a veggie almost every night. I haven’t eaten anything high-sugar or high-fat in weeks. I’m now away for thanksgiving break. For 4 days I’ve been more lax with what I eat. Not everything is fried, but I’ve allowed myself some pie and ice cream, split a burger with my mom, and drank more than usual. I am noticeably less bloated than I usually am throughout the week. I also have not worked out, whereas I usually do some kind of cardio or weightlifting 5 days a week. Is this something others have experienced? Is there a reason breaking diet would deliver the results I’m seeking, even if just for a few days? How can I achieve this less-bloated, slimmer midsection while doing all the ‘right’ things?
