Advice on work crush situation

Greetings everyone! This is a temp account as a heads up.

So, I have a crush on this woman at work. Our first interaction she smiled and blushed at me but I got super nervous and looked away quickly. This was about a month ago. And, unfortunately, I don't see her often so I haven't been able to talk to her.

The next time I saw her, she was in a group but standing close to another male coworker. She turned around from behind this guy and caught me staring (I was trying to get her attention to show I was interested but kind of regret this because not sure if it's creepy) and held my gaze for a few seconds with a neutralish face.

Now, I see her getting into gym gear and going to the gym with this dude. Am I fucked? Was there potential there and I just fucked up by not making a move right then and there? Am I right for thinking they're dating? The last time I saw her, she had her back towards the walkway at work and was sitting on the floor facing the wall. I kinda freaked out thinking maybe she was avoiding me to prevent me from thinking anything.

Sorry if this is an incoherent mess. Can you guys give me your thoughts? Should I move on?
