does any1 know whats happening with the fandago fortnite gogo yubari skin promo code situation?

The representatives keep saying that its limited even tho its supposed to be unlimited for anyone who bought a ticket between (11/20)-(11/29) and I bought mine (11/26) the premiere is (12/4)-(12/7) so If their giving wrong dates or random info its false. some people even got USED codes and I honestly think maybe people bulk bought tickets just to resell the codes or something I bought mine for opening weekend and still didnt get anything. I followed ALL of the rules that needed to qualify for getting the code. this is so odd, can anyone let me know If fortnite or fandago gives any updates?
