Think I'm in my sophomore slump?

So, I've always been an A-B student, honors and all that good stuff, started dual-enrollment (only class I'm happy with the grade in right now by the way.) Last year as a freshman, I got my first C. I was not happy with this at all.. but it was a 79 so I took it.. this year... My grades are burning.. 72 in English right now, 75 in Algebra and an 80 in Chemistry and Spanish. Everything else is good but I've never had this many C's before.. its 2 weeks before the quarter ends and If I end the quarter this way I'm not gonna be able to get a B yearly final grade.. Im so scared of being subpar and knowing I can no longer naturally get good grades on test, and even when I study I still barely pass.. I want to go to college but right now it's looking to me that I'm going to barely be under the margin to get into the school I've been dreaming of...
