Is it the job or my company

I work at action behavior center for the most part I like my job but it’s a lot of hours and disorganized in many ways I work in home I’m just looking for recommendations for better companies here a couple of my problems

1. Hour are a lot I work around 42 hr a week
2. My bcba just hit a year and is disorganized
3. The lack of feed back
4. Everyone is doing the job so different and without feedback who knows who’s doing it right
5. They have me with the most stressful kid everyday nah of the other kids on me team for 3 months
6. I was not given any of the information on how to do basic things like take time off or who to contact when sick

I like working with the kid more then I thought I would I also have a cents of happiness my bcba said I’m not pairing correctly with the kid I am with often he’s a tricky kid but they also think the answers is to never give the kids space even if they seem visibly uncomfortable after having a behavior
