I had an amazing Thanksgiving

My husband left me right before dinner to go pick up a tool from a friend to fix his car. He had no plans on fixing the car on Thanksgiving and could have gotten the tool any day any other time he chose to get it then and he had been gone for longer than he said so I called the friend who said he had just left with a female I called up a male friend of ours he picked me up and I went and had Thanksgiving with his family and honestly it was the best Thanksgiving I've had in a very long time I honestly don't care what he did or how it was I am usually miserable with him on the holidays his family does not care for me and makes me very uncomfortable on purpose they do a fantastic job of screwing up all the holidays including my birthday when they try to schedule family get togethers on my birthday every year they think it bothers me. It doesn't but I'm so over the moon about what a fantastic holiday I had.
