I'm looking for boots preferable with fur inside and with good grip due to health issues- for snow in the city and hiking?

I wanna be nice and toasty in the city and also when hiking outside.i have the oboes and they're breathable and waterproof but not super awesome for snow.

I need them to have good grip like the oboes or I fall :(
