Looking for guidance or similar experience.
I've been meditating for quite some time and I've recently started the practice of "non thinking meditation" and I've had some pretty crazy things happen to me while doing it, which has never happened before. I've been doing this for about two weeks now and I've been getting certain bodily movements that I'm not orchestrating.
It first starting with my eyes forcing themselves shut, fluttering and jaw vibrating. Next it was my neck and chin forcefully being pushed backwards while my head would vibrate, to what seems to be a pretty violent level (Or maybe it just feels that way). Now a lot of that is gone, but now it's my abdomen and pelvic area tighten and shaking pretty intensely, sometimes my torso lifts off the ground during this and shakes as well.
After my body lets go, sometimes I feel peaceful and slip into a deeper meditation, sometimes my body feels sore, especially my abs. Post mediation I often feel clarity but, also sometimes I feel lots of confusion and mental chatter, which is very uncharacteristic of other mediations I've practiced.
Due to my ignorance of this, I did the noble thing and asked chatGBT to which, it described this "Kriyas" or "Kundalini Awakening". I'm unfamiliar with both but I've done some research and I find some of it I can relate to and some of it I don't, as a lot of it seems to be very pleasant feelings which I do get but, as I stated, mine can be sometimes the opposite.
Has anyone experienced this sort of thing before or give me some advice?
Thank you all.
