I feel so lost, i don't know what to do anymore...

Im a girl on my early 20s im trying to find a job since like a year but nothing is working, and the worse that now im having a health condition that i can't be working for hours or be outside alot, i've been trying at least to learn skills and try to work online from home, or find a remote job or anything, but im searching for months and i couldn't find 😭😭 and my situation is getting worse and worse, idk what to do at this point i'm so exhausted physically and mentally, sometimes i feel my breath is stopping from overthinking, i don't really have someone to empty my heart to him, so my story just ended up in here...
