Is it possible for a 16-year-old to play gigs in Toronto bars with an adult band?

Hey, I play guitar in a rock band with my cousin and two friends who are all in their early to mid 20s. I’m 16.

We’re based in Toronto and we’re planning to start booking gigs in the next few months, mostly bar-type venues. I know most places are 19+ for the audience, but I’m not sure how it works for performers.

Is it allowed for a minor to perform in a bar if the other band members are adults?
Do I need guardian permission?
Do venues even care?

Just want to know what the rules are and if anyone has experience with this.
