HELP!!!!! Question bank

What other question bank is good besides UWorld?
I’m doing UWorld for the 3rd time… The first time was terrible I didn’t know how to properly review questions and my knowledge was awful. I finished it with a 30%. The second time I finished with mid-50s. Now on my 3rd pass I have a 62% (yes, I know… I’m not brilliant). Anyway, it expires in two weeks, and I want to get another question bank.
I have AMBOSS, but when I do their questions I score in the 40s. I’ve read FA multiple times…

I started reviewing the NBMEs because the tutor I had told me NOT to review NBMEs and to just keep reading FA… but a classmate recommended that I review them.

I’m taking CBSE #3 in two days and I feel — or I know — I’m going to fail again.

I’m so tired!!!! I want to give up. I have no money left… all my savings went to NBMEs, UWorld, and a tutor. I’m working part-time just to survive… and I feel like my life is over.
