Question about Picture Mode

Purchased the QM8K. Trying to calibrate the screen with rting as a starting point.. however I have an Onn 4K pro for streaming and for some reason when I go the the HDMI that it's plugged into the HDMI 2.1 port. I have a certified HDMI 2.1 cable. However the only picture mode the TV lets me use is Dolby Vision. How can I chose the other settings like movie or standard? I have looked all over and can figure it out.
