Side effects or worsening symptoms? Neuro issues

Our 12 year old cattle dog mix, who is the light of our lives, is strongly suspected of having a brain tumor. We are not getting it checked by MRI as it would not change our course of treatment. The vet put her on prednisone in addition to: incurin, pregabalin, tramadol, and adeqaun (first shot this week). We are on day 6 of prednisone 2x a day and I am noticing more that she is getting “stuck” in corners, experiencing more hind leg weakness, and while it did help her appetite at first, she is once again very picky about what she is eating. She is pacing, panting occasionally, and drinking water. When she goes to her bowls she is putting all of her weight on her front legs which seems to cause her to lose balance. I don’t know if that’s part of her not eating much. She is following us around as normal, certainly not as playful. We did have one day when she was though since starting the prednisone. I’ve read some horror stories about prednisone. I plan on calling the vet tomorrow but thought I’d ask here.

She is 42 lbs and also has stage 2 kidney disease.

Here is here regimen: Pregabalin 2x a day (50 mg each) Tramadol 2x a day (50 mg each) Ondanestron 2 tabs every 8-12 hours (8 mg each) Prednisone every 12 hours for 7 days then once a day until told otherwise (10 mg) Incurin 1x a day Cosequin Adequan .85 ml 2x a week for 4 weeks then once a month Simparica Trio

Thanks!
