Best all in one marketing platform that actually crushes email AND SMS

I run a small e-commerce brand (team of 5, about 35k contacts) and I’m tired of using three different tools just to send emails and SMS. We live or die by our promotional texts and order-update emails, so deliverability and speed are everything.

Looking for a true all-in-one that:

• Handles email automation + great deliverability (segmentation, journeys, decent templates)
• Does reliable two-way SMS/MMS with fast delivery (promotions, shipping alerts, abandoned carts)
• Keeps everything in one dashboard so we’re not logging into 5 apps
