Card stuck in psa vault

I have a gold star suicune I listed through psa vault to eBay. I tried to cancel the listing and it’s showing as cancelled on eBay side. However psa vault still shows listed and I cannot perform any actions on the card (relist or ship to myself). I’ve sent in numerous support requests as well as called them. Every time customer support says the case has been escalated however I haven’t heard back in 3 months now. Any options I can take? Including potentially legal options? Thank you!
