GBA pokemon unbound save files missing.

Pokemon unbound has an automatic save file, when you compete against a gym trainer or fight a pokemon. I lost a day worth of progress and beaten the pokemon league just to get sent back into fighting hoops again. I remember saving the automatic save files when fighting the pokemon league... Is there a file that consists of all the saved file in Pokemon unbound that I can choose from or do I need to redo it all again?. ANDROID, GBA
