F1 jobs and weekend life (church)

What do headquarters employees do during a race weekend, especially on Sunday? Do they work and coordinate with the trackside team, or do they mostly rest? I’m looking forward to working in F1 as a Vehicle Performance Engineer or Data Scientist, but I have a concern: I need to attend church on Sunday mornings to noon for two hours, which might be an issue. Also, do trackside employees have time to attend church on Sunday mornings, or do teams usually organize their own services?
