Camera or phone?

I want to buy a Samsung galaxy S25 ultra because I’ve heard how great it is for pictures. Now, I’m an Apple fan. I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max and love the phone, but I know it’s not great for pictures. I’m Keeping my iPhone but thinking of getting a Samsung for pictures only. Im the type that has her phone storage full because of pictures. My question is, should I get the Samsung galaxy S25 Ultra or a camera? If a camera, which camera? I’m a beginner. Only time I’ve used a camera was in high school for photography class and it was a film one that we had to develop ourselves.
