I know this is a very common question but I am a teenager and I have a big problem with going to sleep (context below)

One of the main problems that I have noticed is that I have during the day on most days a really rough schedule with school and other activities and that when I usually get home later through the day, I go on my phone or any other device that I have and there I doomscroll, play video games, listen to music, spend time and then I find myself at 3-4am laying awake in my bed still not asleep while I have to wake up fairly early the next day (literally rn). Like my favourite time of the day is for example just listening to music or watching videos I really like and shutting my brain off but it takes a toll on me when I feel dead inside for the 2 hours after I wake up everyday and I also often forget/push aside (home)work I have to do for school and other things. Been stuck in this "limbo" I guess for a WHILE, like I don't remember a time in which I ever felt COMPLETELY rested and not tired at all in the last couple of years and idk if this is related but I can't yawn fully anymore which is also a really unsatisfying feeling. My family tries often to tell me to go to bed and sometimes I do but often I just end up doomscrolling in my bed and I don't know how to properly fix my schedule, and I also kinda don't feel like talking to a professional since I'm defo not a social type of person that just likes to share stuff like that to people I meet irl
