[TW] Strong gag reflex, difficult to make myself throw up

Any tips? I drank a ton of water and I stuck my finger down my throat about 5 times. Some stuff came up but it was not acidic and not really vomit I guess. I stopped because I was getting really frustrated. I haven't made myself throw up before but I have tried. I binged a lot just now and I wanted to get it up. Any way to make it easier? Do I just have to stick my finger further down?
