Will my green card processing times increase if I’m from one of the “banned” countries?

I’ve had an AOS application for 9 months now and by this time majority of people in my position have received approval. Can my processing times increase delay even longer because of the recent Trump announcement? I have no criminal record and have been in the country for a very long time.
