Got scammed

Bought an xbox 360 controller from someone on marketplace, the controller didnt work and when I asked for my money back i got blocked. Looking at the controller, some screws are missing meaning someone has opened up the controller before. I cant open the account because im blocked, i cant write a review, i cant report, nothing. I know my moneys long gone but is there anything else i can do?
