Is my industrial bump healing?

My industrial piercing is going one month this December 6, the jewelry is a straight barbell and I’m not sure about the threading type but my piercer said it’s titanium, it hasn’t been downsized yet and I clean it with NeilMed as recommended, it hasn’t been itchy but the bump is still red when I clean it and sometimes has a yellowish-green fluid, there were no accidents and I just want to ask if the bump looks like it’s healing or if it looks like early signs of rejection based on the photos I provided.
