I have the GE5.0 cu.ft. Smart Front Load Washer in Carbon Graphite with Steam, UltraFresh Vent System, and Microban Technology (copy paste name sorry) and the door was locked. Haven’t used it at all today and it wouldn’t open. Well I popped the top off and pushed the button on the door lock to manually open the door. Now the doors open. So I go to start a load and it does what the video shows. Turns on, select cycle, then powers off. It doesn’t lock the door or drain the pump like usual when a new cycle starts either. Before I manually unlocked the door, I was getting some type of door error. Anyway, based on the video shown, any idea how I can fix it? I almost want to toss it and get a new one cause I already replaced the drain pump with an off brand one cause GE price was dumb. Anyone reading this, always get the extended warranty on appliances, cause if I did, I would have it fixed or replaced for free at this point. I opted out and am regretting it pretty hard right now. Also, I have my phone connected to the washer to tell me when a cycle is finished, and it keeps sending me “low tank” warning like every minute. Not usual at all and wonder if that has something to do with the issue too.

Anyway, thank you for any advice or help in advance
