Cat with slight high SDMA

Hi I recently brought my cat to the vet and she has an SDMA of 18 and the vet wants it to be at 14. Her creatine and urinalysis is good, she just want drink any water she has 2 water fountains and 2 water bowls. We kind of have limited space to put more. So I feed her a wet food diet and add 6 oz of water to her wet food I measure out in a measuring cup a day spread out into 3 meals. Is this okay? Will it give her adequate hydration she needs
