MCB 2610 LAB Practical Final

I don't know what to expect or how to study for it. Our TA gave us a verbal "study guide" that basically meant study everything. for anyone's who's taken it, how would you recommend I prepare? Also she mentioned stations, so I'm assuming its not like any of the other quizzes or exams we have taken in this lab before
