Schedule question for the crowd

Hi fellow TMs. I am a recently returned shopper (Covid time flex turned TM) but haven’t been around for the past year and am finding myself a little confused by my TL schedule (who is unfriendly) expectations and the online calendars.

My store has mentioned that part time is required 8 hr weekly minimum for December. What is deemed a week for WF? Should I be basing my 2 shifts off the Monday-Sunday calendar Innerview shows or the Sunday-Saturday calendar workday shows? My example of this is I have a shift Monday the 15th and a shift Sunday the 21st (dates show the same week in Innerview but Sunday is a new week in workday), does rhat work?

Like many, I have a full time role and have some travel coming up so I am trying to manipulate my scheduled shifts with shifts that actually work around other things I have going on but don’t want to be flagged for going rogue shift wise and want to make sure I’m within the limits of “weekly” expected hours.
