Website with skits where guy pretended to be gay

Hey guys,

This is a long shot but there was a website where a guy had a bunch of videos where he pretended to be gay and gave women/girls advice. I think his characters name was Frank?

I just remember one video where he was talking about attracting a man and telling us women in regards to our butts to just "wave it around, wave it around"

Does this sound familiar to anybody?
