Fist camera help (New vs Used)

Hi, currently considering between Fuji XT-30 iii & XT3. With the budget mentioned above, these are my options so far:

1. XT30 iii (new) + Viltrox 25mm 1.7 (used)
2. XT3 (used) + Sigma 18-50mm 2.8 (used)

At first, I was eyeing the XT3 and sigma lens as this will be my first ever camera. Based on other comments in this sub, I figured that the zoom lens will be better to figure out the focal length that I use the most. But, after seeing some videos on the newer and smaller XT30 iii, it became my first option. But I cant afford the new camera with the sigma lens, which is why I opted for a 'safe' 25mm lens, and maybe get the zoom lens later down the line. As stated, portability and size is very important, hence my lens choices and why Im currently favouring the XT30 iii. Please let me know what you think, thanks in advance.
