Upgrade from a7II to a7III or a7IV

I'm thinking about upgrading my Sony a7II and can’t decide between the a7III and a7IV. I mainly do photography.

How big of a difference is the a7IV compared to the a7III, especially in low light? Is the extra cost of the a7IV worth??
